Quarterly WGS Bulletin

Members receive the Wilkes Genealogical Society Bulletin, featuring research articles and abstracts of previously unpublished Wilkes County records. The Bulletin is delivered electronically to all current members.

Bulletin Archive

Members have full online access to past issues of the WGS Bulletin in PDF format from 1967 to the present. Issues may be viewed and downloaded anytime.

Recorded Presentations

WGS hosts educational presentations throughout the year. Session recordings and handouts are available to members.

Digital Research Materials

Members can use digitized research materials added regularly to the website, including unique databases and member resources as they become available.

Member Discounts

Members receive bookstore discounts of 10% to 20%, depending on membership level. Discount details are listed on the membership registration page.

From time to time, WGS also offers members-only discounts on genealogy software, subscriptions, and related services.

• Associate — full digital membership benefits with a 10% shop discount
• Supporter — higher discount and recognition on our Supporters list (unless you prefer not to be listed)
• Patron — our highest annual membership level, with the largest discount and recognition on our Patrons list
